These data have been processed from the original CESM2 datasets as well as observation-based data comparison using the scripts provided on GitHub [https://github.com/islasimpson/NCAR_CW3E_SMYLE], and can then be used to reproduce the figures of the above paper using scripts that are also in that repository. Data description: Post-processed fields from CESM2 initialized seasonal hindcasts and observation-based data that span 1970 to 2020, initialized from November 1st, February 1st, and September 1st.
