DOTSTAR ASTRA NCAR/EOL Dropsonde Constant Level Winds KML Data

This data set contains Google Earth KML files that contain constant level wind observations derived from the dropsondes released from the DOTSTAR Astra jet. These files were produced by NCAR/EOL from the real time GTS TEMPDROP messages and have not been quality controlled.
